It's a great way to downsize and get rid of stuff you no longer want or use and put the money into savings. As inflation ramps up by big proportions next year, we are wise to do everything in our power to unload stuff and put into savings or into stockpiling extra food and supplies.

Bread is predicted to be $27 per loaf or so sometime next year by some inflation monitoring service. A Hershey's candy bar predicted to be $15. Walmart is already saying prices are up 6% over the last 2 months alone. I've seen it myself.

1) Sell stuff you don't need or haven't used in awhile.
2) Refrain from buying what you don't absolutely need.
3) Save money.
4) Get out of debt.
5) Begin to stock up routinely on extra food and supplies.
6) Watch expiration dates and recycle food continuously.
7) Try to save up money for at least 6 months worth of expenses at the very least.
